2.1 Concentrations / programs
Winter / Camp / Services to associations
Any service must be paid for before booking a time slot
Any reimbursement request will be evaluated according to the number of practices remaining
and according to the costs directly or indirectly related to the service: tournament fees,
equipment fees given, related activity fees (ex: outing with the students) and the 20%
administrative costs.
2.2 Private and semi-private lessons
Any service must be paid for before booking a time slot
Any request for reimbursement or schedule change made within 24 hours of the activity will
not be assessed or reimbursed. If the request is made more than 24 hours in advance, the analysis
will be made according to the number of remaining sessions and the costs directly or indirectly
related to the service: equipment costs delivered and the 20% administrative costs. Any request
for schedule modification made 24 hours in advance will be accepted.
Hitting corridor or room rental
All rentals must be paid before booking a time slot
Any request for reimbursement or change of schedule made within 24 hours of the rental time will
not be assessed or refunded. If the request is made more than 24 hours in advance, the analysis
will be made according to the costs directly or indirectly related to the rental: equipment or
service costs requested by the customer and the 20% administrative costs. Any request for schedule
modification made 24 hours in advance will be accepted.
