At Grand Chelem, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Please find below the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:
Exchanges are not currently available through our online store Baseballtown.ca.
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
No returns will be accepted for hygienic items such as athletic supporters or sliding shorts.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Returns due to order errors made by Grand Chelem (e.g., incorrect product sent) will be accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Products with manufacturing defects may be returned for inspection within 10 days of receipt.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Sale items are non-refundable and are considered final sale.
Important: Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (carriers, weather, etc.).
